Download Moving Company theme for WordPress 2.0
This moving company website template for WordPress is completely free to use, download and edit. It is based on the default twenty-eleven WordPress template.
See below for detailed information on how to install the Moving Company theme. Please note that we do not provide any support for this theme at this time. If you currently have your current website on WordPress, make sure you backup your current information before installing.
How To install the Moving Company WordPress Theme
Please note that you need a WordPress installation before installing the Moving Company theme. You can download the latest version of WordPress free from here.
- Download the Moving Company theme from here.
- Unzip and Upload it in your WordPress themes folder (usually in wp-content/themes).
- Remove the sample pages and posts that are pre-installed with your fresh WordPress installation.
- Follow the import instructions if you want to import the sample data (see the screenshots image on the right).
- Go to Tools (1) > Import (2) > WordPress (3)
- If you haven’t this import plugin installed, you should install it (4), (5)
- After that you need to import the data from the samples file (6) – select the sample-data.xml file from the themes folder and import the data (7).
- Finish the import as on the screenshots (8), (9), (10).
- Set up your moving theme homepage (see the image below)
- Go to Settings >Reading
- Select Front page displays to be a static page and select “Professional Moving Services” from the drop-down menu. Then save the changes.
- Now your theme is set up.
Moving Quote Generator

The theme is great. The only thing I would change is the ability to pick your own text color and font. Several people have commented that the burnt read color of the text is ugly.
This is an idea. I will see what we can do about it. This will be something we can add in the theme with the upcoming new versions.
I’ve downloaded this theme for a website and it looks great on a PC browser but doesn’t render properly in a mobile browser. Is there a fix for this or a mobile theme to download?
Try using the WPtouch plugin for WordPress. This will replace the theme with a mobile browser friendly version for iPhone and Android devices. Let me know if that works.
