I have filed a complaint to the BBB in NJ. You should all do the same. I wish I would have read reviews before I went through with this... what a nightmare. I had faith in a company that is nothing but a scam. They are liars and deceitful and take advantage of people after they have taken all of your belongings and leave you no choice but to comply. Moving is stressful, as is... never forget the reliability of a trusty U-haul.
