Where do I begin except to say I have moved with other companies - longer distances - and with Experienced it was the worst ever "experience" EVER. Alfred, the salesperson, calls every day and once you sign, forget it you never hear from him. He directs you to a government website to get insurance??? Load in was horrible with foreign guys who don't know how to pack at all and the leader of this gang blackmails you at the end for cash tips (after adding $5000 to the price). Delivery was so late and full of lies. The delivery driver seemed ok - after he FINALLY arrived. A follow-up letter was never even acknowledged. Basically it's the eastern/NY way - take your money and to h#@$ with you.
Please DON'T use this company - in fact they should be closed down by the authorities...look at the other reviews.
