easy, hassle free move. great representative, movers were friendly. customer service was very understanding with me and worked out a great deal for my move. my move was complicated (needed pick up at 2 locations) yet the representative *Daniel* made it all work out and the rates he had worked out for me were cheaper than any other company quoted me. I am very satisfied and will use them again without hesitation.
