The pick up was great - timely. The delivery was delayed about 10 days because "the truck broke down." Driver delivering goods was rude, overbearing, nasty and a real jerk! Dresser was broken and hardware for a platform bed was lost so the bed cannot be reassembled. I am STILL trying to receive a "claim form" to complete on these damages/lost items and Dispatch keeps telling me he will have "them" email it to me immediately - it's been 23 days and still no form. DO NOT use this company! Their word cannot be trusted.
