And one star is generous to say the least - Moving Review

Worst company and experience ever..... 1. the give you a quote that suckers you in but leave out all the additional fees that are tacked on i.e.; tape rolls, blanket wrapping, stairs, etc and I had less items then what I had told them initially  2. Movers picking up were 3hrs late however they were nice 3. I had them hold my items for 2 weeks while I traveled and yet they shipped out only the day prior to when I had requested my items. Why they thought shipping across country from LA to Chicago would only take a day is absurd. Or why couldn't they ship out with prior deliveries so at least I could have closer to my delivery request date??? 4. I was supposed to have Saturday but when I called they then told me Monday or Tuesday. They told me someone would call me 36-24hrs prior to when they deliver. Now it's Wednesday and no one has called me so that means they are still not "36-24hrs" close to delivering. And not to mention I called the driver and texted then called the booking company as well and no one is returning my calls.  5. I still do not have my items so I don't know what state my personal belongings are in but I'm sure my service issues have not come to an end yet..... So if you are looking to move and they sucker you in with a low ball quote all I have to say is.....DON'T DO IT....IT's TOTAL B.S.
