ANYONE BUT THEM!!! - Moving Review

RUN AWAY!!!!! CALL ANYONE ELSE!!!!!

Please please please take my advice and do NOT EVER use Apartment Movers. They do not even show up!!!!! I called several weeks before my move to schedule them. They called and confirmed my reservation the day before and then NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!! After the 5 hour window passed I stared calling to see where the movers were, I was told it would be another 2 hours. After that I spent the rest of the day staring at my boxes in the garage. No call, no apology, nothing. Even after speaking with the corporate office nothing happened; they only kept transferring me to the local branch manager, Scott.

The first phone call I received back from this horrible company was at 8 o'clock the NEXT DAY. I ask what had happened and he said "Well I had 3 moves yesterday". I told him it was an awful way to run a business and he hung up on me.


This was the worst moving experience in my life and I want to save someone the trouble I went through. Pay a little extra and go with a better rated company.
