Nothing but lies and frustration from this company. It took them 3 days to load up my 1300 sq ft home. One of the workers was even drinking through the packing. After being promised delivery that monday, it became the following monday, then tuesday then wednesday, all with me trying to contact them not visa versa. They told me they couldn,t even contact their own driver. When my furniture finally came they refused to unload unless I paid and additional $900. Even though federal law says that quoted payment plus 10% releases the goods, Trans national refused. When I settled with them and found goods poorly packed and damaged, some boxes were soaked, the company refused to send me claim forms. Just stay away from this aggravation. A move is stressful enough without their callous disconcern
