The sales person, Mitchell, gave us a nice sales pitch of how prompt and timely is the company and how much they value customers. They were calling and treating us like descent human beings until we paid the deposit. After we paid the $956 deposit everything changed. They did not call us a week in advance before the pick up date, like they were supposed to. We had to call them (everytime we called the waiting time was around 30 minutes to 1 hour) just to verify that the movers were going to show up. They missed the delivery date window so now we are filing a claim with the claims department. Anthony, a customer representative, transfer us to the claims department and we waited for for 30 minutes on the phone. After we called back another customer representative, Marcus, told us the claims department was not even opne on Saturday. That entails that Anthony just transfer us to another line just to get rid of us. That is awful customer service and so rude. What a low-life. We will not be using them again. If you want to retain your peace of mind during your move, which can be such a stressful time, it is best to avoid business with this company.
