Awful Experience - Moving Review

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while dealing with a company.  Everything they claim is a lie.  Their customer service is essentialy nonexistent.  My price increased by DOUBLE.  They never gave me a contract and refuse to do so to this day.  The truck "broke down" on both ends of the delivery.  After I committed and paid a deposit, no one was ever available to talk to me and I never received a call back.  When I did finally get a hold of "management", I was hung up on more than once.  Literally never spoke to my "sales representative" again.  I'm positive they use fake names.  They are not an "eco friendly" company.  They used no special materials and left trash in my house and yard.  They used another company's budget and ryder trucks for both legs of my move.  I was promised a 3-7 day delivery.  THREE and a HALF WEEKS later of sleeping in my empty apartment, my delivery arrived with damaged items and wet, blackened boxes.  When they opened the door of the truck, my things nearly fell out.  I have pictures if you would like to contact me.  Since I was having an awful experience I decided to document the delivery with photos.  The driver yelled at me for addressing some concerns with him and threatened to leave.  I was in tears.  This company should be put out of business.  They do not respect you and only want your money.  I'm not even sure if they are a legitimate moving company.  Take my advice and go with someone else or rent a truck.  If you pay them, you will be ignored and have to worry yourself sick about the safety of your belongings.
