B & B transportation - Moving Review

I booked my move through Alliance moving.  Did not realize that the move would be contracted out to another company.  I was told from the beginning that my shipment was based on weight and was given an estimate for weight only.  I was told if the weight was more, I would pay extra, if less, I would pay less.  I agreed to these terms.  When my items were picked up, I again asked about the weight and was told that the move was based on weight only.  I was notified several days after pickup that the weight was 4700 lbs above what had been estimate.   When the crew arrived the head guy complained about not wanting to take my job since it was late at night, 11PM,I had to be out the next daythey were 3 days late.    I would never use this company again.  Service was not there.  I was lied to numerous times.  Find another mover!I as held ransom for my thinghs as was told that if i did not pay the amount in cash in a sunday afternoon i would be charges 1500 more the next day. The bill was 3,500 over estanate. Foul language on the phone and held ransom for your stuff, thugs POS.   STAY AWAY FROM THEM
