Pickup fine, but stuff sat at warehouse in OK as they said they could not find a truck driver to come to Las Cruces, NM
8 days late of date of delivery
Major damages to many items
Had to fight with them to get reimbursed for hotels and food, which they told us to file for on a delay delivery form. After 2 tries. We did get it all...keep after them and keep all your itemized receipts
Waited another month after delivery to get an adjuster to check out damaged furniture. ( we packed all of the boxes ourselves) NOTHING broken!!
They had used a forklift on furniture. Dropped my mothers 50 year old maple dresser, broke off all 4 legs,!!
Box cutter used on my loveseat
Some rope or such to rub off color on leather Laz-Y-Boy
And the list goes on, they paid us $2600 for damages after the $500 deductible
BUY insurance if you use them, and be sure you know about delay delivery forms
You get what you pay for
Makes me sick
