White Glove Moving subcontracted Big Canoe Relocation to do my move. Here are the details and the VERY BAD experience I had with them- The truck they sent broke down on a central road in Atlanta. The driver thought he could not pass under a bridge and tried to reverse.- After they loaded my stuff, they knew I did not have a delivery address yet, but started calling me asking me about when the delivery can be done. I had 1 month of free storage according to the contract.- Broken drawers, lost screws - the delivery lead told me - go and by from Home Depot- Damaged wall pictures- Never heard from anyone before I started calling- The worst was dealing with their customer care department - I was offered a small amount to cover the damages and after I disagreed I was told "you bought basic insurance, what are you expecting"
