BAD EXPERIENCE - Moving Review

I choose Emerald Relocation because they had 5 star ratings on yelp. However I can't agree with those ratings. From the start to the end my experience was bad. They arrived a day late to pick my stuff up. I missed my plane and had to pay another $400 dollars for a ticket. They never reimbursed me or offered (and I asked). They then showed up with OUT bubble wrap or blankets to cover my delicate items. Which is awful. They used paper towel. WHO DOES THAT! Then when they arrived I received many broken things along with missing boxes. I worked with a lady named Gretchen to fix things but she admitted that they are going send me straight to claims because they don't want to deal with it. All and all I had a HORRIBLE experience and hope that you don't ever get the same experience I did. Next time I will rent a u-haul and pay my friends to do it for me.
