Believe the negative reviews!! - Moving Review

Awful experience. Communication was so poor it was almost non existent. I made a mistake and booked with them even after reading the negative reviews. Spend the extra money and go with a better company! 
After two weeks we received our belongings...well, most of them. A jewelry chest and deswe had legs broken off and our mattress and box spring were missing!!!
For some reason the truck was off loaded at their facility in Florida and the mattress never got put back on. No matter what unprofessional, barely-English-speaking employee we spoke to, we couldn't get a straight answer...on anything.
A few days later our mattress and box spring arrived...at 11pm at night!! Our new neighbors must have loved that.
The crews that show up are shady. Not just rough, gruff guys - that would have been fine. They are very shady. They'll show up in busted leased trucks with bald tires and I really doubt they follow the Federal regulations put in place by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Their inventory they completed was a joke. We got all of our stuff but there would have been no way to fight it if something was missing.
