Beware DO Not get into False commitment - Moving Review

BEWARE !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are sub contractors for American Van Lines. I signed contract on June 1st for pick up date of June 16/17 as our move date. I very clearly told them that I have move out of town and flight are booked for 18th June and was assured of the pickup. Until June 12th NO one called up, but they charged the Credit Card the same day !! I did couple of follows instead of they doing it and was assure the pick will be done on 16/17. Until June 16th 3 PM no one called up I left about 5-6 voice mail and 4 / 5 emails, After 4.30 PM they call they are yet to find a truck !!
Their sales person, Jason Kucine before getting the order will give you a good story about the company, BBB accreditation, good service etc... Once you place the order, it it hard to get hold of him. They are liars. You need to wait for a long time to get hold of Customer service and they put you on hold for long wait time and once you get hold of them you will told that they are working on it. They will let you talk to a supervisor. You will have nothing but mental stress, agony and frustration.
When I asked for the deposit refund and Jason say's it will take 5 - 7 business day to credit back. They hold your money for 20-25 days for no service provided !!
I realize that it is was my mistake to place an order with them and trusting the words of Sale Person - Jason Kucine. "One of the cheap rated company" . DO NOT ever go with them. Pass on this message to your friends and family if they are planning to move.
