Other reviews are fakes. This business is mainly a scam. They offer low rates, then find reasons to raise them. They are incompetent, on purpose, so that you have to continually call them, chase them down and force them to show up. They add fees, pretend to call to deliver, say they had to store things, then charge again.
Their movers look like they just walked out of a prison yard, and speak and act the same. No accountability, no responsibility. They just take money and hold goods hostage.
It's been almost two months since my daughter's things were shipped, and they still have not been delivered. We believe they may have been stolen and resoled by now. We are reporting them to the Denver Police Department, the United States Department of Transportation, the Florida Attorney General's Office, the Washington Attorney General's Office, the Colorado Attorney General's Office, the New York Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau, and http://moverescue.com.
They are shifty, with addresses in different states, phone numbers that do not answer, and no replies when talking to someone.
These people need to be arrested. Beware. Do not, repeat DO NOT get involved with this criminal gang.
