Breach of Contract - Moving Review

Do not use this moving company. THE MOST IMPORTANT OF THEIR OFFENSES WAS THE BREACH OF CONTRACT. Our move was based on lbs. with a NOT TO EXCEED rate secured, however, after loading 1/2 of our items they held our items for ransom and demanded more money or they would toss our stuff in the lawn and leave. This was not the only problem, their profanity was offensive and they caused severe damage to our home, ruining baseboards, doors and walls not to mention the carpet. They refused to cover the carpet stating that ppl were injured in the past so we would "have to deal". They did not provide the svc outlined in our agreement, which included or should I say, didn't include crating glasstop tables and a 50 inch TV. My husband, with no moving experience had to find a way to box these items as the movers thought the solution was to wrap a glass top table in a blanket and drag it out. They were 5 1/2 hours late for pick with put, after their threats of tossing our items, our final item leaving the doorway at nearly 3 a.m. They attempted to scam my husband upon the initial weighing in of the truck with the driver attempting to leave 2 tires off the scale and "call it good" as they said. They hired an illegal citizen from Home Depot to enter my home after confirming with me that all ppl they worked with had background checks. The list can go on and on, as only 3/4 of our items arrived and of those another 10% were so damaged they are beyond use. This company is a complete scam and should have any and all licenses revoked.
