I was misled by a number of seemingly fake reviews on another site.
Salesperson blatantly lied about delivery date. He said my shipment would arrive 7-10 days after it was picked up. Two weeks later, it hadn't even left Seattle.
Once the shipment departed, I was told it would only be 5-7 days before it would arrive. It arrived two weeks later. The movers called me four hours after they had promised to arrive, only to say they weren't coming that day.
Movers damaged my furniture and apartment. They left my couch and box spring on the first floor (I am on the third).
Surprise fees of about $800 for "shuttle service" and "elevator usage". Seriously?
Customer service will not return my calls about the damages done to my property.
