BUYER BEWARE SCAM Colonial Movers Colonial Van Lines - Moving Review

MOVING and RELOCATION SCAM Colonial Van Lines of Braintree, MA Colonial Van Lines, Colonial Movers, American Van Lines, All Coast Transport and all associated telemarketing companies should be avoided. I hope that someday the families of Colonial Van Lines will have to go through the hell they put my family through. Petty criminals, thieves, and scammers at best. Colonial Van Lines contract All Coast Transporters, a freight company, to pick up 7400 pounds of my personal property to transport. 6600 pounds were not delivered or completely destroyed. Every piece of hardware to all of my furniture had been removed and stolen. No hardware for our cribs, beds, tables, chairs, dressers, etc, etc. Picked up in an 18 wheeler delivered in a 20 foot van. Movers complained about how little they were getting paid by Colonial Van Lines, had no license, and did not weigh the truck, and slept in the truck. After stealing and destroying our personal property they dumped what was left in a warehouse in Texas taking what they wanted and destroying the rest. American Van Lines showed up in their 20 foot van two weeks later laughing and telling us many stories about this warehouse that Colonial Van Lines dumps property at. They thought it was a riot. Have filed a claim, called and email Colonial Van Lines dozens of times. They have not contacted to apologize.
