My dealings with this company in obtaining a monetary claim for lost or stolen item has been terrible. The cooperation and customer service has been beyond belief. I WILL NOT EVER use this company for moving anywhere again and I will not refer anyone. In fact I would discourage anyone from using Rosa Del Monte for their moving needs anywhere. I have even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
