Load was picked up in Lees Summit MO May 30. Contract stated a 5-15 day delivery window, also listed British Columbia as the delivery terminal (I moved 20 miles south of the border). On June 6 they called to say there would be a delay of about a week. I'm sleeping in a cabin on the floor, had to buy warm clothes at a thrift store, getting antsy for my stuff, so I called the MO office on June 8, they said they'd check into it. Today June 11 I called the BC terminal. A very nice man said they gave me the wrong info & he was not involved in the move at all. I called MO again & they said my stuff will be delivered by June 21 & they have no idea where it is right now, "it's on the way". Next big move will be in a freakin' U-Haul.
