Con Artists in sales, but the movers were good - Moving Review

I contacted Neighbors/F&S moving for a simple move out of my old house, then 3 weeks of storage, then a move into my new house. The salesman (Frank Ingrassia) promised all sorts of nice stuffm including free storage, and that the storage crates would be delivered to my house on truck so that my stuff would only have to be loaded/unloaded once. I was quoted about $250 for the pickup and $250 for the dropoff, pretty good deal, or so I thought. When the movers came to pick up my stuff, it was a regular box truck with bno containers on it. I ended up paying $591 for the pickup, because Frank grossly underestimated how much time it would take to load the truck. That and the crew was slow. There was also a 18% fee, and they charged me for the unloading of the truck into the storage crates eventhough they were supposed to have sent those to my house in the first place.

I attempted to contact everyone at Neighbors moving. They kept saying, "We'll take care of this". They only took care of collecting the money.

The move into my new house went very smoothly, they even finished an hour early. The crews were great, but the customer service us non existant and the salespeople are all criminals. Do not use them, no matter how cheap their quote is.
