CONSUMER ALERT - FRAUD ALERT - Moving Review

CONSUMER ALERT FRAUD - Based on personal experience, I strongly recommend that you do NOT use this company. They pulled a bait . The sales person assured us that they could meet our pick-up/deliver date and meet our specific moving requests including a point A to B type move, and special care of our baby grand piano. Neighbors moving company contracted out to a company that did not meet any of the above specific requests. THEY CLAIM AFTER THEY CONTRACT OUT THEIR PART IS DONE. THEY CONTRACTED TO SIMPLICITY MOVERS. TOTAL FRAUD. The contracted company did not show up on time, did not provide specific care of our belongings AND did not complete a point A to point B move. They claimed that the truck broke down and that they needed to place our stuff in temporary storage but that they would still deliver in 2-6 days.  . We are now on day 28 of waiting for our goods. Reported stolen and insurance claim submitted. The contracted moving company has provided NO status updates on our belongings and will not answer or return phone calls with inquiries of a status update. Neighbors moving reports that they are not responsible for the contracted company actions. I only chose Neighbors movoing company over the others I researched because of their willingness to meet my time frame and provide a point A to point B move. These were clearly false promises and poor business ethics.
