Criminal and Unethical, ditto - Moving Review

Awful experience. Driver showed up 5 hours late, then took a look at our boxes and decided he couldn't fit them in the van, explaining that he was tired and his previous pickup had more than was expected. This tiny Napoleonic dwarf-man proceeded to call me "honey" as he walked out the door and high-fived his moving van bros, presumably because they were able to get out of doing their job. I immediately called NW Relocation, who said they'd be happy to reschedule for the following week. Right. I said no thanks, that I'd prefer not to do business with them after that preview of their special-sauce customer service. Then they kept my $240 deposit - all without providing the service they promised. Good job NW Relocation, you have perfected the art of being a terrible and unethical business. Don't. Do. It.
