DO NOT USE NORTH SOUTH. They are absolute crooks. They will lure you in and then once everything is loaded up, they will nickel and dime you to hell. I specifically tried to avoid this by explicitly stating I don't want surprises etc, etc .. the lady was very reassuring and nice on the phone and then proceeded to just completely cheat me. I really just view this company and people as absolute criminals who will rip you off, give you poor service. No matter what price they quote, just doulbe or triple it. I ended up having less furniture then I told them in my quote (I ended up selling some of it) but my move ended up costing 2x as much! Obviously they only told me this once they had completely loaded the van and they said either take the price or we will charge you 500 to unload the van nad put your stuff back on teh curb (not back in my apt). WHAT A JOKE.
