United States Van Lines is a joke. They are so polite and timely...UNTIL you sign the contract. From that point on, they are TOTALLY unreachable and when you do reach them days/weeks later, they are rude and beligerant. When I was trying to cancel my arrangements through them once I found out how dishonest they were and how disgustingly they treat their customers, one of the United States Van Lines MANAGERS actually had the nerves to say to me (and this is a quote) "So you're going to cancel your order and screw me in the process?". No lie. Where's the customer focus in that statement...from a MANAGER. I'll tell you where...United States Van Lines does not have any customer focus. They are pitiful. We are taking legal actions against these spineless worms, and I encourage all of you to do the same if your experiences were as horrible as ours. This company should not be permitted to conduct business.
