The majority of the furniture items moved by Colonial were either scratched or dented in some manner. Movers insisted on dragging the refrigerator across the wood floor in the dining room and damaged it as well. Their offer was only $366.00 in compensation!
The movers were two days later than quoted for pickup and a day later for delivery.
If necessary, pay the extra money for a dependable mover. DO NOT HIRE COLONIAL VAN LINES.
