first backed over neighbors mail box  refused to repair would not furnish information to file claim would not return phone calls, emails,  when did talk to someone told me  shipment on road  four time did not show up until 21 days later  used wifes sweaters to wrap many anticqes  destroyed one of kind items collectibles broken cracked    will not return phone call  or email collection on glass candy container  1920's  lost wooded trash doors hanging off  broken   packing totally bad
