Deceitful - Moving Review

I found it interesting that I talked to customer service people with one name and that same voice (accent) has a different name when I call back.  I was told that the person I needed MIGHT have left the company and then in the same call, I was told that he MIGHT be at lunch.  I believe that the customer service representatives use fake names so you cannot contact them again.   It is nothing but deceit.   If this company put as much effort into honest, good service as they do avoiding telling the truth, they might not get all of these 1 star reviews.  There is no contract and they tore the name of the company off of the quote.  They are working with Eco Van Lines and if you read their reviews you will definitely stay away.   Notice that everyone has the same story - friendly service up front, then delays, lies about the trucks breaking down, phones not working, etc. when they have your belongings.  They told us the truck was loaded and yet the driver was still in another state.   Don't be fooled by the lower price - it won't last.  Ours doubled.  Don't be fooled by the helpful staff.  They become distant and evasive.  Don't be fooled by the website.  They don't have a whole fleet of trucks.  They use rental trucks.  Read the 1 stars - they are the truth.Read more: http://www.mymovingreviews.com/movingreviews/they-change-their-names-9151#ixzz24VNwUV10
