delivery 3 times longer than promised, boxes all dirty - Moving Review

Don't use this company for long distance move, they are really badly organized.

The company was incapable of giving us a delivery date, they delivered after 24 days (3 TIMES the estimate date they gave us)

All the boxes were extrimely dirty, the house was a mess after they delivered them.

No many things were broken, but that is because we packed ourselves. Both our daughters new beds are full of scratches.

DETAILS: The sale person told us they would tell us the delivery date few days before the pick up day, when i called they told us they would tell us on pick up day, on pick up day they told us they would tell us after the weighting of the truck, after many phone calls we only got a date after 21 DAYS. They kept our boxes in storage for 24 DAYS. On the phone they have been really unpleasant and 4 times they didn't call me back. They refused to let me talk to somebody in charge, higher than the manager I spoke with (who by the way was supposed to call me back and he didn't).

We slept on the floor for 2 weeks, since we had organized ourselves only for 8 days as the estimate they gave us.
The issue has been that even after the 8 days they were incapable of telling us a the exact delivery date.

Don't use this company for long distance move, they are really badly organized.
