At this point, we were told that all of our furniture was to arrive today.... we have our 3 month old and 2 year old in a child care center for the day, our dog out at doggy daycare for the day in an effort to make this as smooth as possible for the movers. We were called at 10:15 am on the day they were to arrive to be informed that they were instead coming on Monday. When asked for an explanation, our contact, Gaylene, told us we would have to figure that out with the driver. This is incredibly unacceptable, especially given the price we are paying. We chose a United Van Lines affiliate because we believed that they would be reliable. This, so far, is ridiculous.
