disappointing sales representative - Moving Review

They charge more than they quote. What is worse, they never pay you for the damage even though they promised that they would compensate for the damage according to their so called policy. We are disappointed with the sales representive with his way in handling clients' claim. The moving staff are hard working and polite though.
