We used this company for an international move. They took twice the time they promised, didn't deliver the items they said they could (which ended up costing us a lot more to bring), and they lost a valuable item. Responsiveness is disastrous. The owner will overpromise and underdeliver just to make a sale. Stay away from these guys.
