DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I worked with this company for about 3 weeks to get inventory and price quote. They kept changing their price, changing the weight of my items, even though I sent them a detailed Excel spread sheet of all my items. I talked to 3 managers, 1 salesperson, 1 shipping person, still no resolve. I would not sign the contract because they kept leaving large items out such as washer/dryer, 5 peice sectional, piano, all the garage items. After 5 attempts to fix the inventory, and 3 days before our move we decided to go with ABF Moving. In the end, the company had to give our deposit back and never even tried to appologize or fix the inventory problem. They just kept saying " I dont know where the items are, I know I put them on your list" What liers!!!! I dont know how their emloyees sleep at night knowing they work for and contribute to such DISHONESTY! The price went from $3221 to $3800 to $5890 and the weight went from 10,000 to 13,000 to 15,000 pounds even though my inventory I had given them never changed! Upon Googling this company there were several terrible reivews! Look at their web site the emails listed do not even work! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Companies like this is what makes moving stressfull and people untrusting about moving companies!! RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We apologize for Courtney’s discontent, however she is apparently unaware that we were also receiving conflicting instructions from her employer who was paying for the move. Courtney revised her inventory many times and her employer notified us that they had a limit on the amount they would pay for her move. We made diligent efforts under those circumstances in order to accommodate the needs of Courtney and her employer. We have provided Courtney with a full refund and we trust that resolves any problems she has with First Call Movers.
