All around dishonest company. They changed the original quote price several times. Then to top matters off I had just moved 7 months prior and knew what my exact weigh in was, they came in 500 lbs over trying to tack on an additional $300 to my cost.
I demanded a reweigh and they were rude & unhelpful in facilitating that. They said they had their own trucks but they turned out to be a broker. Their greed consumes good customer service & doing what's right for the customer.
I would highly discourage anyone from using this company. Keep looking, I promise you it will pay off!
