Do not trust their quotes! - Moving Review

I had found these guys on the Internet with positive reviews. We recently moved locally from a 3BR apartment to a single family home. We hired Metropolitan for both packing and moving. They did a great job with the actual work. The men who did the physical work were professional and efficient, and worked tirelessly. Everything arrived intact. The problem was with their account representative, a guy named Eddie Zaslav. Eddie came to provide an in-person quote. He was very confident in his quote, the number of men needed, and the hours it would take. When the work was finished, it took much longer and more materials than he figured, and the final cost came to be $600 more than the original estimate! I called three times to speak with Eddie, but never got a call back. But they did go ahead and charge my card! This is highly unprofessional conduct, and because of this, I do NOT recommend this company!
