Original estimate was for less than $3000. Final cost was over $7000. My belief is that they grossly underestimated the cost to get the job, knowing that once they had my furniture loaded, they could charge whatever they wanted. Loaders were unproffesional and complained the whole time they were loading the truck, then at the end they had the nerve to ask for a tip (5% of job). Items were damaged when delivered and items were missing including an entire living room suite. Mattresses were supposed to have been covered but weren't and they were filthy dirty like they had been dragged on the ground. Do not use this company.
