Furniture picked up in Miami on Sept. 29 with delivery guaranteed (for an extra payment) in Los Angeles Oct. 7. Now I find they didn't even hand off the furniture to their cross-country carrier until Oct. 6! And I won't get my stuff until Oct. 15, at the earliest. And guess what, I had to ferret out the name of the company they handed off to and call the driver to learn that. Regions couldn't tell me.
Poor communication, poor management, poor service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Customer requested that items be delivered within a specific time frame. We had charged him a fee for a guaranteed delivery within a 5 day period but, we definitely did specify in writing that if we do not meet the dates requested for whatever reason we will compensate a certain amount back to the client for every day late. Delivery is very difficult to guarantee as there can be delays that are beyond our control. Such as truck break down, weather conditions and sometimes DOT inspections. This matter as been addressed and has been resolved with the client.
