Do not use! Deceiving and terrible customer service! - Moving Review

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are super friendly and over promise to get you to sign up with them. As soon as you commit, watch out. And once your stuff is in their possession, you will be held ransom with fees that they had once promised you wouldn't have had to pay but have to pay since now they have your stuff on their trucks.

1. They don't care about the inventory list you fill out. They will just quote you a minimum and hit you hard with "extra" cubic feet of stuff. You tell them what you have, they act like they take that into account, but they don't.
2. They will add on outrageous charges like packing tape, boxes that you could get cheaper at the store and can't account for. Also ask if you will to rent a truck to deliver your items because they will act surprised when they say an 18-wheeler won't fit on your street.
3. If you have an issue with them, they will cuss you out and tell you to "grow a pair and just pay the amount" because after all, they were "the idiots to give you a good deal."
4. Even if you are upfront with concerns from neg reviews you find, they will bash these former customers (and even yelp since all reviews here are negative and they say it is a scam) and paint a picture of innocence. Again, super friendly in the beginning UNTIL you commit.
5. Since you need to pay cash at the end, pay credit card in the beginning in case you need to dispute them with their over charges.
