DO NOT USE NEIGHBORS MOVING - Moving Review

Neighbors Moving (NM) is NOT the best at moving. I have lost all faith in NM's ability to facilitate a long distance move. My goods were picked up on the 4 of Jan and as of date I have not received my household goods. I attempted to speak with the logistical coordinator multiple times and he never responded. I had to initiate ALL phone calls to the driver. I contacted their customer service representatives over 15 times and never received any positive information.
When I spoke with the Long Distance Move Coordinator, he asked that I send him and email request but he never responded via phone, text, or email, he informed the customer service representative he attempted to contact me, I pulled phone records from Verizon Wireless and he nor anyone from NM ever called.
This company is not about quality or service. I will never recommend Neighbors Moving to anyone moving. In an economy were consumers have choices, Neighbors Moving should value their customers.
To all potential movers: Do Not use Neighbors Moving!
