DO NOT USE! SCAM - Moving Review

DO NOT USE! SCAM! We paid a deposit for our Company Paid Move & our move was scheduled. We did not have any communication the day before or the day of our move. The day of our move we were all packed and waiting for the truck to arrive. The truck was to arrive in the AM. We made several phone calls and left several messages. We never could get anyone to answer the phone. At 2pm we received a call and notified that the movers would not arrive until the next day. Because this is a company move we were under a timeline and could not wait until the next day! We were given the phone # of the driver, he DEMANDED that we give him $300 CASH up front before he would even load the truck and that we would need to follow him to the weigh station and pay the fee & that he would need the balance in CASH before he would unload. The contract read that all fees were included and that the balance was due once the move was completed. It had been agreeed that we could pay our balance with our Corp. Purchase Card once the move was complete. The driver was mean and rude! After this we felt that this was a SCAM! So much for a stress free move!!!!!! Very Stressful!
