More than half of my items were damaged. They were hours late. Loading until after midnight the neighbors called the police.They did not send a truck big enough. They threw everything on the truck.They stole my jewlery, they stole cash, stole my strong box and my brand new comforter and curtins set. Refused to pay my insurance claims because I did not have pictures or proof of the items missing. The delivery took three weeks to get to me, they unloaded it and reloaded it so things were a mess, when they delivered it they did give me time to check the inventory, I am still suffering trauma from this move

Nationwide Van Lines did not perform this move. This is a typical false claim by a competitor that found this information online as a review for another moving company "Worldwide Moving Systems" back in 2007 and decided to recreate a negative review. There was a customer named Susette that moved with Worldwide Moving Systems, Inc. back in 2007 - which posted this review :

Nationwide Van Lines merged with Worldwide Moving systems a few years ago and stand behind our reputation, we do not have thieves, liars and crooks in our team. If you are a customer that moved with either Worldwide Moving Systems or Nationwide Van Lines we encourage you to contact our office and we will do whatever is necessary to resolve and accomplish complete satisfaction like most of our customers experience.
Unfortunately we cannot eliminate competitors from posting fake reviews about our company but we will do whatever is necessary to defend our reputation.
Most of the complaints posted online are fake and are done by competitors but we will keep our excellent service and customer care to continue and receive positive and outstanding reviews.
