Do not use this mover - Moving Review

I have moved dozens of times in my life. Amazon Relocation is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Their final charge was three times their "binding estimate", they were 2 1/2 weeks late in their delivery and repeatedly lied to me about the reasons behind their delay. They were often non-responsive to my calls and emails regarding the delay. Most importantly, they damaged numerous items including expensive musical instruments and household items, and "lost" a very valuable and rare guitar of mine. They had little interest in finding a solution to these issues. A large percentage of the boxes arrived crushed or damaged. After they agreed to give me a $400 reduction in the charge, they made me sign a complete release and waiver rights before they would unload the truck...I simply had no choice. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Bottom line...they are untrustworthy, dishonest and incompetent at best, and probably worse than that. Do not use!
