DO NOT USE United States Van Lines.
They were very persistent & professional up to the point of payment of deposit ($1,400). After that point it was very difficult getting anyone to answer or call me back. I spent two hours either on hold or being "transferred" to another dept. I was never told my service was being contracted out to a small local moving company. So basically, I paid $1400 to United States Van Lines to call somebody else to move my belongings! And they still did not comply to my specific requests. DO NOT USE United States Van Lines.
On a side note: If you are in the Arizona region, look up Sirena Moving Company. They were very good & friendly.
