WHOA! Do I feel quite lucky! Thomas Lee from United States Van Line was one of several sales associates that responded to my request for quotes. His initial response was a similar email to the rest, requesting an inventory list be filled out. I am maticulous in my inventory list as I am military and move quite often. I listed measurements AND weight of each. After sending this to Mr. Lee I receive an email back WITHOUT a quote or a suggestion to set up an in home estimate but with this "...Please call me back ASAP. the are som intangibles I must talk with you about that will affect your price..." (yes this is how he spells) I responded to him by telling him that I prefer in the initial stages of the process I prefer everything via email and received THIS BACK "Sorry no godd licsensed mover operates in that fashion." AGAIN with the unprofessional email! This was my final response "Thats funny because I am military which means moving is a regular occurance for my family and EVERY LICENSED mover I have received quotes as well as in-home estimate appointments from over the last 15 years have operated in just that fashion Mr. Lee.
I do not wish to receive any further emails from you or anyone associated with United States Van Lines.Good Day." THANK GOODNESS I have heard nothing else from them!
