Dolan moved a few large pieces of furniture into storage. When I attempted to access my storage unit 4/2009 Dolan's receptionist, Amy, put me off with various excuses for 4 months.
Finally in August 2009 Amy admitted they lost my unit and would file insurance claim. Over the last year Amy is the only person I have ever spoken with. She told me the owners - George and Kathleen Dolan - instructed her not to give out their phone numbers or email addresses.
The owners have never contacted me directly despite repeated requests. Amy keeps telling me - each time I call - "I thought this was taken care of".
They owe me approximately $7000 in replacement costs and also 14 months storage costs.
