They are AWFUL!!!
The cost has doubled. The pick up guys asked for 300 bucks tip for 30 boxes - it's 10 bucks a box. Those guys went on and on about how they deserved the tip. Literally, they spent at least 30 minutes asking for it.
They said it would take 10 days (they didn't say 10 business days), but it took 16 days. When I called them and asked where my stuff was, the guy was so rude and told me he didn't know, and just gave me the driver's number. We called the driver and he said he would call me back, and of course, he never did. When I called him again, he said he needed another 300 bucks because the street was too narrow to use the big truck. The binding contract should include this type of situation, or not? Otherwise, why do they call it "binding"? What kind of service is this? NEVER USE THEM!!!
