Budget Van Lines and Seven Crowns are very nice when booking, but after that theres absolutely no communication. They gave us four different delivery dates and never called for any of them. We didn't get a wt call and the driver didn't have any documents when He delivered. The scam is you call and both companies say they'll call you right back with info and they never call.
They had my daughters belongings and I felt helpless. It was like theres nothing you can do and no one really cares either.
Don't use either company. It's not worth it.
