We have contacted Ms. Valerie on many occasions to discuss the issues mentioned in her review and to offer a refund in an effort to resolve any problems she has with our company, however she has not returned our calls. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings that resulted from our having estimated the cost of her move and we want her to understand that they were not the result of any bad intent. Many thanks to Ms. Valerie for having brought these issues to our attention because it provides opportunity for improvement which we have used to provide our employees with additional training so that any similar errors are avoided in the future. Our computer systems have also been upgraded to ensure greater accuracy and thoroughness when preparing estimates.
